This trip takes us to the remote mountain regions of Kyrgyzstan, where we will combine foreign cultures, ski tours, new discoveries, travel, and hospitality.

Requirements
Good condition for up to 1500m ascent/descent or up to 6 hours walking time
Safe and independent driving in unprepared terrain (up to 40 degrees) in variable conditions
mastery of ski touring techniques (crampons, hairpin turns, etc.)
Sure-footedness, independence on ski tours
Good ski touring experience is an advantage.

- Hygiene products including personal medication
- Old clothes/equipment that are no longer needed (can be handed over to the Kyrgyz people on site)
